A) Glucosyl Stevioside 80%
  • Colour: White to off-white free flowing pure extract powder
  • Sweetness: It is 100 times sweeter than sugar and is more like cane sugar, without the bitter taste.
  • Solubility & Stability: It is easily soluble in water and is stable in food processing conditions (acidity and heating).
  • Usage: Since it belongs to non-fermented products, so can be widely used in the food which is difficult to sterilize by heating and would keep white without any Millard brown reaction.
  • Packing: The extract powder is packed and double sealed in heavy duty polyethylene bags for safety and authenticity.

B) Stevioside 85%
  • Colour: White to off-white free flowing pure extract powder
  • Sweetness: About 200 times as sweet as cane sugar with slight bitter aftertaste in high concentration conditions. The sweetness stays longer in the mouth and not easy to disappear.
  • Solubility & Stability: The melting point is 196 º -198 º. It is able to endure high temperature, and stable in acidic and alkaline solution (PH5-7). It can be easily dissolved in ethanol.
  • Usage: Since it belongs to non-fermented products, so can be widely used in the food which is difficult to sterilize by heating and would keep white without any Millard brown reaction.
  • Packing: The extract powder is packed and double sealed in heavy duty polyethylene bags for safety and authenticity.

C) Rebaudioside 80%
  • Colour: White to off-white crystalline powder
  • Sweetness: It is about 300-400 times as sweet as the cane sugar. Its taste is much closer to the cane sugar without any bitter taste.
  • Solubility & Stability: The melting point is 196º-198 º. It is resistant to high temperature and more stable in acidic and alkali solution (PH5-7).
  • Usage: It can better the foods’ tastes and improves the quality of the products. It can be used as the substitute of cane sugar with low costs, better tastes, and can be widely used in the food industry, beverages, pickles, cosmetics, medicine, health care, and so on.

D) Bulk Spoonable
  • Content: Spoonable Stevia is a blend of the highest quality Rebaudioside A (stevia extract) and *Erythritol or *Lactose (Depends on customer’s preference)
  • Sweetness: It is granulated like sugar and dissolves quickly and has a 2:1 sweetness ratio to sugar.
  • Usage: It has less than 1 Calorie and less than 1 Carbohydrate per serving making it safe for diabetics and may be used in hot or cold liquids, sprinkled on cereals and fruit, or in any way that you wish to use.

E) Bulk Stevia Sachets
  • Content: The sachets are the blend of highest quality Stevia extract and *Lactose or *Erythritol.
  • Sweetness: Each sachet (3.4 cals) is equivalent in sweetness to 2 teaspoons of sugar (40 cals).
  • Usage: Easy to dispense, it is ideal for hot/cold beverages and for baking and cooking.

D) Bulk Tablets
  • Content: The tablets are the blend of the highest quality Rebaudioside A (stevia extract) and *lactose.
  • Sweetness: Each tablet (0.1 cals) is equivalent in sweetness to 1 teaspoon of sugar (20 cals).
  • Usage: Easy to dispense, it is ideal for hot/cold beverages and for baking and cooking.
  • Minimum Order Quantity: 500,000 tablets
 
* Lactose is a filler that is naturally occurring in a variety of foods and the sweetness profile resembles that of sucrose (the relative sweetness of lactose is small (only 20%) when compared to sugar (100%))

* Erythritol is a filler which is naturally occurring in a variety of foods and derived from fermented glucose.
